At RVi-managed schools, we believe that the development of our academic staff’s quality and teaching results in the improvement of students’ academic outcomes.

In this ever-changing world, they also need to be equipped with 21st Century Skills to help them cope well with the new technologies that have developed in recent years due to unforeseen circumstances.

Since 2017, we have developed and refined our professional development programme to include trainings that develop:

• basic and advanced teaching techniques
• subject-based
• the use of digital technologies for teaching
• IT skills
• soft skills like leadership and teamwork

Since 2021, we have also organised and facilitated the RVi mini-conferences, aimed at promoting interaction and exchange amongst the academic teams of the various RVi-managed schools.
