SIS My H.E.R.O. Mindset Virtual Lunar New Year Celebration (15 Feb 2022)
To usher in the Year of the Tiger, we conducted the ‘SIS My H.E.R.O. Mindset Virtual Lunar New Year Celebration’ on 元宵节 (Yuan Xiao Jie, also known as the Lantern Festival).
Our theme this year is ‘Braving through the Year of the Tiger’, as the tiger embodies courage and bravery, which encourages us to continue to be strong and resilient despite these challenging times.
This is in line with My H.E.R.O. Mindset, which focuses on being positive in life despite the challenges faced. This ultimately helps us to strive towards and achieve our goals in life, both personally and professionally.
As part of our celebration, students participated in a trivia quiz and made paper crafts related to lanterns and tigers. Students’ performances were also showcased as part of our Lunar New Year Musical Challenge.
