On 17 October, we presented the awards to the winners of the Food Display Competition (for Primary Level students) and Healthy Food Cooking Competition (for Secondary and A Level students) which were conducted in Term 1. Each competition was conducted in groups, which required students to showcase their creativity and collaboration. Congratulations to the winners!

Ending off Term 1 on a high, we celebrated Teachers’ Day on 28 September with touching songs performed by our students and a cake prepared by the SIS Prefects, who also received their Letter of Appointment for Academic Year 2018-19.Our teachers also recited the SIS Teachers’ Pledge to reaffirm our commitment to our students.

We conducted our annual Science Fair with the theme ‘Creativity in Science’. Over the two days, we were impressed with the group projects that our students produced, such as a lava lamp, a volcano, a water dispenser, a solar house and even a mini rocket.
